Depending on the flexibility of your schedule and to ensure your desired date and time, I recommend making your reservation one week in advance for mid-week appointments and two weeks in advance for weekend appointments. In order to secure your reservation we require credit card information at the time of scheduling.
A courtesy phone call is appreciated if you need to cancel an appointment or will be arriving late. Two or more cancellations or no shows will require a $15 deposit.
If you’re asked to provide a deposit and you MUST cancel your appointment, you must cancel 24 hours prior for a full deposit refund.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period or “no call/no show” the deposit is non-refundable.
If you have a job that requires you to be on call or available at all times, please speak with me. I will work around this for you.
I kindly request that children do not accompany you to your visit unless they are scheduled for a service.
Gratuities are not included in my service prices. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary, however this is only a guideline. For your convenience, I accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, Cashapp, Zelle and credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
If you are getting hard gel or “dip”* nail enhancements please note that if you would like to change your color on your next visit hard gel must be drilled off and does not soak off. My recommendation is to get a natural color and I’ll be happy to add art or other color with gel polish.
*I DO NOT dip anyone’s nails in powder nor do I reuse powder that has fallen in excess. It is unsanitary.
